Mrs. Ebunoluwa Mary Odikayor

Mrs. Ebunoluwa Mary Odikayor is the Head of the Lagos Liaison Office of the Computer Professionals (Registration Council of Nigeria) (CPN), where she serves as the Council's representative and strategic leader in Lagos and its environ. In this capacity, she provides leadership for the implementation of the Council's regulatory, professional, and stakeholder engagement initiatives, advancing CPN's statutory mandate of regulating, controlling, and supervising the computing profession in accordance with the provisions of the CPN Act and internationally recognized professional standards. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Ado-Ekiti and a Master's Degree in Sociology of Deviant Behavior from the University of Ibadan. She is also a registered member of relevant professional bodies.

Mrs. Odikayor began her career with the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria in 2008 as Regional Head of the South-West Zone, a position she held for over five years. In 2013, she was transferred to the Council's Headquarters as Principal Public Relations Officer, where she contributed significantly to the Council's public engagement and corporate communication efforts. In 2017, she was posted to the Education, Examination and Training Department as Project Coordinator, where she successfully coordinated the Council's project candidates across the country. As Head of the Lagos Liaison Office, Mrs. Odikayor is responsible for coordinating the Council's advocacy and public awareness programs, strengthening partnerships with government institutions, corporate and multinational organizations, tertiary institutions, professional associations, and other key stakeholders. She champions initiatives that promote the registration and licensing of computing professionals and organizations while encouraging compliance with the Council's regulatory framework and professional code of ethics. She oversees the planning and execution of the Council's Professional Registration Exercises, the Executive Registration Programme (ERP), and the Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) Programme.

Mrs. Odikayor provides effective administrative and operational leadership for the Lagos Liaison Office through staff supervision, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, policy implementation, and the preparation of management reports. She also identifies emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the computing profession and provides recommendations that support the Council's regulatory objectives and strategic direction.
